When you select your cemetery from the drop-down menu a map of your cemetery will appear. Click your mouse at the APPROXIMATE location of your memorial within the cemetery map (you can re-click as many times as you need to). You may also drag the map in any direction with your mouse if the map isn't big enough. Once finished click anywhere outside of the map to return to the form.

The cost to carve a death date in your cemetery is $235.00.

All work will be performed 30 to 60 days after the order is submitted.

This form is used to order CARVED death dates on monuments made of stone. A flat bronze marker is something completely different. You must call us to order bronze death date plates.

There will be an extra trip charge if we get there and the date has already been carved, or if the memorial is bronze instead of stone.

Your cancelled check / credit card statement is your receipt.

If you need a formal receipt you must come to our office to order the death date.
